Booking rules
Clear expectations before the work begins.
Booking confirmation
Selecting a profile, sending an enquiry or discussing availability does not by itself confirm a booking. Obtain written confirmation from CastU before making arrangements that rely on a particular person attending.
The agreed brief
The booking should identify the client, talent, role, dates, call times, location, expected duration and the work to be performed. Share any relevant wardrobe, travel, physical, performance or sensitive-content requirements before confirmation.
Changes to the brief should be discussed with CastU before the work takes place.
Fees and payment
Confirm the total fee, currency, applicable taxes, payment dates, expenses and any overtime arrangements in writing. This website does not publish a standard deposit, commission or payment schedule.
The agency’s approved quote and booking agreement should set out the terms that apply to your project.
Image and performance usage
Agree the permitted media, territory, duration and any exclusivity before using the work. Discuss paid advertising, reposting, edits, sublicensing and any AI training, synthetic likeness or voice use explicitly; do not assume these are included.
Downloading a portfolio or viewing a profile does not grant permission to use its images in a campaign.
Changes and cancellation
Contact CastU promptly about cancellations, postponements, location changes or extensions. Ask the agency to confirm any resulting costs before agreeing the change.
Cancellation fees, weather contingencies, overtime rates and refund arrangements must come from the confirmed booking agreement. No fixed percentages or deadlines are set by this page.
A suitable working environment
Discuss facilities, breaks, travel, supervision and any health or safety considerations before the booking. Raise concerns with the agency promptly.
For a child or teen booking, arrange the required parent or guardian involvement, permissions and suitable working conditions with CastU before confirmation.
