About these terms
These terms concern the CastU website and its browsing and enquiry tools. A confirmed talent booking is governed by the written agreement with the agency, including the scope, fees and usage rights agreed for that project.
They do not replace a signed agreement with the agency.
Profiles and availability
Profiles and portfolios help you explore potential talent. Appearance, measurements, experience and availability may change. Confirm any requirement essential to your brief with the agency before booking.
Adding someone to My listing does not reserve them or guarantee a booking.
Enquiries and applications
Provide accurate contact details and information relevant to your enquiry. Submitting saves your request privately with CastU. Email enquiries are sent through our email provider; WhatsApp opens a message for you to review and send.
Applying to join CastU does not guarantee representation, publication or paid work. Questions about applications should be directed to the agency.
Photos, videos and brand assets
Portfolio media, names, logos and other material may belong to CastU, the talent or other rights holders. Viewing them does not grant a licence for commercial use, republication, AI training or creation of synthetic likenesses.
Ask the agency about permission before using material outside the browsing and booking process.
Responsible use
Use the website for legitimate enquiries. Do not impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive content, attempt to access private records, or interfere with the site’s operation. Submit only information and materials you have permission to share.
External services
Some links open email, WhatsApp or maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. The CastU website does not control their availability or confirm that a draft was sent.
